Background/Aims@#Chemoresistance is a common event after cancer chemotherapy, which is associated with the deregulation of circular RNAs (circRNAs). The objective of this study was to clarify the role of circ-LDLRAD3 in cisplatin (DDP)-resistant gastric cancer (GC). @*Methods@#The expression of circ-LDLRAD3, miR-588, and SRY-box transcription factor 5 (SOX5) mRNA was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Cell viability and the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC 50 ) value were measured by CCK8 assay. Cell proliferation was assessed by colony formation and EdU assays. Cell apoptosis and cell invasion were assessed by flow cytometry assay and transwell assay, respectively. The expression of SOX5 protein was detected by Western blotting. A xenograft model was established to verify the role of circ-LDLRAD3 in vivo. Exosomes were isolated by differential centrifugation and identified by transmission electron microscopy and the expression of exosome-related proteins. @*Results@#circ-LDLRAD3 was overexpressed in DDP-resistant GC tissues and cells. circ-LDL-RAD3 knockdown decreased the IC 50 of DDP-resistant cells and suppressed cell proliferation, survival and invasion. miR-588 was a target of circ-LDLRAD3, and miR-588 inhibition attenuated the inhibition of DDP resistance, proliferation, survival and invasion in DDP-resistant GC cells caused by circ-LDLRAD3 knockdown. SOX5 was a target of miR-588, and the inhibition of the DDP resistance, proliferation, survival and invasion of DDP-resistant GC cells by miR-588 restoration was largely rescued SOX5 overexpression. circ-LDLRAD3 knockdown inhibited DDP resistance and tumor growth in vivo. circ-LDLRAD3 was overexpressed in exosomes isolated from DDP-resistant GC cells. @*Conclusions@#circ-LDLRAD3 knockdown reduced DDP resistance and blocked the malignant development of DDP-resistant GC by modulating the miR-588/SOX5 pathway.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the experience of palliative care among oncology nurses and provide suggestion to the training program for oncology specialized nurses. Methods Using the qualitative research and 13 oncology nurses were selected. Data were collected by depth interviews. Results the experience of palliative care among oncology nurses included acknowledge the importance of palliative care; increasing sense of achievement and occupational self-identity for nurses; Facing with difficulty and Challenge. Conclusion Palliative care plays important role in oncology nursing and nurses need more focused training on Psychological, social and spiritual care.

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of compound honeysuckle decoction hot and humid joint fusidic acid cream in the treatment of targeted drugs-induced rash.Methods:80 cases of patients with targeted drugs-induced rash admitted in our hospitalfrom August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the drawing method.The control group was treated by fusidic acid cream,while the observation group was treated by compound honeysuckle decoction hot and humid joint fusidic acid cream,the changes of symptom score,quality of life after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the symptoms score of observation group ((6.87± 1.25) points) was lower than that of the control group ((10.29± 2.74) points)(P＜0.05),the quality of life score ((3.15± 0.57)points) of observation group was lower than that of the control group ((6.42± 1.20) points)(P＜0.05).The effective rate of observation group(95.00％) was higher than that of the control group(77.50％)(P＜0.05),no statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions was observed between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Compound honeysuckle decoction hot and humid joint fusidic acid cream was effective in the treatment of targeted drugs-induced rash,it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life.

Intrahepatic or extrahepatic metastasis of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) often occurs via various routes,which leads to treatment failure or recurrence after treatment.Almost 90％ of PHC patients die of metastasis.This article summarizes the common routes of PHC metastasis,including blood channel (the portal vein and the hepatic vein),lymphatic channel,biliary tract,direct invasion of adjacent organs,and implantation metastasis,and analyzes the basic features,clinical significance,and future research interests of each route of metastasis.It is pointed out that these routes are closely associated with anatomy.

[ABSTRACT]OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between food allergen specific IgE, IgG and allergic rhinitis, and to explore the significance of food allergen in the diagnosis and prevention of allergic rhinitis.METHODSTen kinds of food specific IgE were detected by Western blot and 14 kinds of food specific IgG were detected by ELISA in 2860 allergic rhinitis patients. The positive results of specific IgE and specific IgG were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTSThere was no difference in positive rate of allergen in patients with different gender. Total positive rate of food specific IgE was 68.5%. The specific IgE positive rate of crab was 31.5%, shrimp 27.6%, milk 21.3%, fish assemblages 19.2%, freshwater fish assemblages 18.3% and soybean 17.2%. With the growth of age, the specific IgE positive rate of peanut increased, but eggs decreased. The total positive rate of food allergen specific IgG was 81.5%. The specific IgG positive rate of egg was 59.4%, milk 38.2%, codfish 32.6%, soybean 22.8%, rice 19% and shrimp 12.7%. With the growth of age, the specific IgG positive rate of crab increased. Specific IgE and IgG of soybean, milk, crab, shrimp and fish were correlated well.CONCLUSIONThe detection of specific food allergen antibodies is helpful for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.

Objective To investigate the effects of liver function and tumor markers by nucleoside analogues Entecavir on patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Methods 90 patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B were selected, according to the different drugs were divided into experimental group and control group.Liver function and levels of tumor markers were compared after experiment.Results Two groups of patients with male to female ratio, average age, course of disease, no significant difference in general data of hepatitis B virus DNA content, comparable (P>0.05);Compared with the control group, the experimental group HBV DNA level is low, the negative rate was significantly higher (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the experimental group ALT, AST and TBiL levels were significantly increased(P<0.05), ChE, AlB were significantly decreased (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the experimental group CEA, AFP, CA125 and lower CA199 levels (P<0.05).Conclusion Nucleoside drugs can significantly improve liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis Band tumor markers indicators, and it is significance for treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis.

[Objective]To explore the cure effect of TCM application on preventing PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis.[Method]Randomly divide 158 cases into observation group(78)and control one(80);for observation group,put in PICC tube for 24h,make preventive TCM application by puncturing vein,for successive 5d;the control group only take PICC;observe the occurrence rate of mechanic phlebitis.[Result]In observation group,the rate was 6.41%,and 17.5% for control group,the observation group was much lower than other group on the incidence rate.[Conclusion]PICC duct-setting preventive TCM application can effectively reduce incidence rate of mechanic phlebitis.
